I recently stumbled across this terminology when reading an article about hormone balance. I was thrilled to discover that there are a growing number of educational programs and institutions that support this approach to healing!
As I continue my education as a wellness coach, I hope that more people have access to information about changes they can make or practices they can add to their existing health care routines that don’t require big expenses, medication, or doctor visits.
There is so much we can do by using nutrition, exercise, improving our personal relationships, finding work that fulfills us, taking the time to reflect on our lives, and more!
