Simple Roasted Salmon
THIS IS THE EASIEST RECIPE IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD. You can make it for a dinner party, a birthday celebration, Sunday lunch, a Wednesday night, or whenever you want. Big or small. Get a giant piece of salmon for 10 people or a single serving just for you. It’s all the same : 500 degrees for 15 minutes.
I’m a home cook so I tend to make the same things over and over again. I’ve made this 1000 times for everybody that’s ever stepped foot in my house. It’s perfect. It’s easy. It’s beautiful. Serve it with a big bowl of Chimichurri or Tahini Sauce. Serve it plain with a salad or roasted vegetables, a pot of rice, or alongside eggs for brunch. You can even make fish cakes with the leftovers!
I’m excited for you.
Enjoy,
Chay xo
