Class Structure
Our hands-off, demonstration-style cooking classes are designed to make healthy eating approachable, enjoyable, and inclusive. You’ll also learn practical prep and planning strategies that keep home cooking and hosting feeling easy.
Each intimate class is limited to six guests. Sessions begin with a relaxed, seated demonstration, followed by a shared meal around the table where we connect and enjoy.
Menus are created closer to each date to highlight the best of the season.
Cancellation Policy
Classes must be canceled at least 3 days in advance to receive a full refund. We shop for fresh ingredients a few days before each class, so late cancellations can’t be accommodated.
Example: If your class is on Thursday, cancellations must be made by Monday at 5 PM.
